    Take the order

    We gather every detail of your part. Specification drawings and precise measurements go to manufacturing.

  2. 02

    Source the material

    The right raw material comes from trusted suppliers and is checked for quality on arrival.

  3. 03

    Weigh and combine

    Metals are weighed and combined for the job the part will do, since every component needs its own durability.

  4. 04

    Melt in the foundry

    The metal chemistry is adjusted in the furnace for the part's final use, by a team trained for this stage.

  5. 05

    Pour and release

    The melt is poured into moulds quickly and accurately, cooled, released and checked.

  6. 06

    Turn and machine

    Grinding, sanding and machining bring each part to its dimensions, shape and surface finish.

  7. 07

    Quality check

    Hardness, strength and dimensions are tested against your specification before anything is packed.

  8. 08

    Pack and dispatch

    Packed so no part is damaged in transit, and dispatched to arrive in the time frame you set.
