The chemical composition of the raw material is checked before melting. During production the brass is evaluated constantly, and finished parts are tested for hardness, strength and dimensions against your specification.

Establish the objectives and the processes needed to deliver parts that meet the customer's requirements.
Do
Implement the processes: source, melt, pour, turn and machine exactly as planned.

Monitor and measure the processes and the parts against the objectives and the specification.
